I whipped Audrey up this cute "
Bapron", I found the pattern and how to at a blog I read daily,
Craftiness is not Optional. Jess has the cutest ideas for clothes for her two daughters and I am constantly flooded with inspiration from her site.
Here is Audrey posing in her bib/apron. It goes over her arms, like a top and ties at the back of the neck. It's great! I am in the middle of making her another one, just longer and out of oilcloth. It'll be perfect for her to wear when playing in her water table on those days I need her to stay dry.
Love that toothy grin!

I also made my girl this sweet little peasant top. This picture isn't great of the top, it's hard to slow the girl down. But it's a super cute top! and she is totally comfy in it...plus plus! The pic shows her sweet little pigtails off nicely. We say she has pigtails like Pippy. She doesn't know who that is, but she likes the pigtails!;) It's proven to be a great style for her. Keeps her
loooong hair off her neck and keeps me from having to constantly
reclip her clip or retie her ponytail. Plus....she's precious! it really makes her look grown up though...a little sad at the same time.

This pic is just Audrey...clearly not wearing anything I stitched up for her. :) She's just a doll....I love that time right before bath. Right after we're done reading books and before I scoop her up and put her in the tub. She gets this wild streak and runs around and spins and sings and acts so so silly. It' a fun time for our little family.

oh how sweet is your daughter? What a cutie pie! I love the Bapron too! I've got some laminated cotton coming my way to make some waterproof Baprons, can't wait! Thanks for the link!! :)
