We had our Mom's and Dad's over for breakfast before church and enjoyed spending some time with them to celebrate what wonderful Mom's we both have.
We had Audrey dedicated at church on Mother's Day Sunday. It was a special day and our families joined us at our church, which made it even nicer. Both of our parents came, along with my grandparents, my younger brother and one of Patrick's brothers were all able to make it.
We were to choose a scripture we wanted to read at the dedication and we chose
Deuteronomy 6:5-7
"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk abouth them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up"
Audrey was given a certificate and an envelope to open on the day she chooses to be baptised.She looked beautiful in a white eyelet dress, and of course a big white bow. Everyone said she was a beauty.
Patrick and Audrey made me a card....the best kind, with lots of Audrey's coloring decoration. They got me a sewing book I had been wanting, they know me so well.
