Halloween 2012

Halloween was nuts this year!  The week has been a long one and it's not over yet. 
Audrey was and is still dressing up as, the BEST Minnie Mouse ever!  She has this pose she started doing and now, with encouragement, continues to do!  It's precious.  She puts her little white gloved hands on her cheeks and smiles this sweet squinty eyed smile.  Gets 'em everytime! 
She decided months ago to be Minnie Mouse and never waivered.  She has loved being Minnie and has loved Halloween so much this year!  She was a total trooper trick-or-treating and went to a ton of houses.  Waaaay more houses than last year.  It helped that Vivian, her BFF held her hand the whole time and they rang the door bells together, saying trick or treat over and over.  It also helps that over the course of the last year, Audrey has become quite the fan of candy!  I blame this soley on her father.  Those two love them some candy. 
Logan went as Mickey Mouse, and we managed to get a few good pics of them together.  Precious kiddos!
Tessa was a chubby Bummlebee.....for like 10 minutes.  Underneath her bee costume she wore a black onsie with a black cat face on it, which worked out well, b/c she was not happy, so the bee costume didn't stay on long.  Between wanting to nurse at exactly the same time as everyone got to our house and we were trying to get Audrey in costume and get pictures of the cousins, being tired from having a very short afternoon nap, and everyone wanting to hold her......Tessa didn't enjoy Halloween night so much.  Poor baby.  I vow to make it better for her next year.  Holidays are hard with a baby.  The excitment and expectations are a lot to handle! 
Audrey still has her Preschool Fall Party today and then Trunk or Treat at church that was rescheduled from last weekend.  She also went to the fall party at Patrick's office.  She also spent parts of the day Monday and Tuesday dressed up in her costume just because she likes it and wanted to wear it.  We have had lots of wardrobe changes!  :)
