Harmon Family Shenanigans

I had my 28 week appointment this morning, and I will be 29 weeks on Thursday!  I had my glucose test and passed, my belly measures right on at 28 cm, and baby Tessa's heartbeat sounded great!  I gained only 4 pounds this month, so right on track for gaining a pound a week. 
Audrey went with me and was so super sweet while I was getting blood drawn and my finger pricked, she held my hand and said "it's ok, i'm right here Mommy".  I love her sweet heart.  We play doctor with Bitty Baby a lot and she told the nurse today that she was going to be a doctor when she got big. 
Baby Tessa is kicking around like crazy and was especially so at about 5:00 this morning.  There was a VERY HEAVY storm, right over our house about that time, that woke the entire house with a giant crack of thunder followed by lots of lightening, heavy rain and more thunder.  All in all, it only lasted about 15 minutes, but being woke up at that time, made it hard to go back to sleep, especially since it woke Tessa from a peaceful slumber in my womb and she kicked me hard every 10 seconds or so for about 30 minutes.  Audrey was the only one who slept through it!  Thankfully, she snoozed on until 7. 
Since my appointment was this morning, I took the entire day off of school and spent the day with my girl.  We had smoothies and went to the park, then headed home for a quiet and relaxed lunch on the deck. 

I start seeing my doctor every two weeks now!  Seriously!?!  How is it already time for that?  Little Number 2 is going to be here so very soon!!!
