My 12 week prenatal visit went well. The baby looked good and, as I knew it would....he/she looked so much bigger! The baby was quite well behaved, and they got all the measurements they needed. I got to see the sweetest little profile and 2 arms, 2 legs and hands full of cute little digits. They said everything looked great, and though they will compare with my bloodwork, all looks well. I have gained a total of 2 pounds so far and am right on track. The baby's heartrate was 164 bpm.....so it's slowing down a bit as I get closer to the 2nd glorious trimester!
