A Turtle Lunch for Audrey

I have fun packing Audrey's lunches and spend a few minutes in the evenings before she is going to my parents house or to Ericka's the next day, to pack her a cute fun lunch. I like imagining her face when she sees her cute little lunch that I made special for her.
This particular day, I made her a turtle tortilla with turkey and cheese, some peach yogurt with Christmas sprinkles, a container of pears and some tri-color rotini tossed with parm cheese and olive oil. Her mid morning snack this same day was some apple slices, a few pretzel twists and a spoon of soybutter.

It's important to me that she eats right and also has a variety plus cuteness to look at. Food should be fun for kids! And I think this is pretty fun!:)
