We spent our morning with Santa! We went to Fantasyland at the Dumas Center downtown and had a wonderful time getting into the Christmas Spirit with the real life St. Nick!
There was a whole living room set up on the stage, which was floor level, so the children walked right up, sat down, and interacted, asked questions and experienced Santa. He played the guitar and sang carols with the children (Rudolph, Santa Clause is coming to town, and a few others), read them a story and told them about the true spirit of Christmas.
Then after plenty of time to get to know Santa and become comfortable, Audrey got the opportunity to sit with him, which she was very excited to do. She climbed up next to him, then became a little unsure. She never cried, only kept a slightly worried look on her face. he was very kind to her and after a few pictures, she hopped down.

It was a really fun time and a neat way to see Santa. We will definitely be going back next year!
