Welcome March

Funny thing about one year olds....they NEVER slow down! I mean NEVER! Audrey Elizabeth is on the go all the time. She finds so much joy and excitement in life, and she finds such silly little things HYSTERICAL! She made a silly noise last night in the bathtub and I mimicked her and the literally laughed for a full 30 seconds about it. Then begged for me to do it over and over and over again. Each time, laughing harder and harder.

I love this picture I took of my girl. She's wearing her fuzzy pink bobux boots, that she will certainly be too big for next fall, so we are putting them on her a lot, because 1) she loves them! "BOOTS!", she says!" and 2) they are so so cute on her. I wish I had a pair! She is also wearing a huge sesame street sticker on her shirt that she got at the doctor (for being a trooper for her shots). That sticker has been all over the place. She wears it then will stick it (what sticky is left) to something then remember it the next day and wear it around for awhile. She is so funny like that. She collects little things and will move them all over the house. Audrey wallering on our bed. This is a daily occurrence. She runs, rolls, plays and acts so silly on our bed. It's a nightly ritual for the three of us to pile on the bed with books and baby dolls (abby cadabby, this particular night), and we read bedtime stories, tickle, and laugh.

We have had a tough winter when it comes to health. It seems like one of us, or all of us, have been sick all winter. Here's hoping that March brings sun (with less wind), warmer temps., and everybody feeling good! I'm ready for a weekend of spring cleaning and open windows at my house!
Tomorrow is my big brothers birthday! He's 30! HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAMIE! I love you! :)
