I may have mentioned before, but Audrey will be spending her nights (at least for the first few months) in our bedroom in a cradle that is very special to my family. Both of my brothers, Jamie and Andrew, and I all slept in this cradle as newborns. It's a beautiful cradle complete with spindle sides and pins that can be removed so that the baby can be gently rocked to sleep. I adore it and I am so looking forward to putting Audrey in it. Gloria made a bumper to go in it and it is now it is totally ready for the baby. The pictures show it in the nursery, but we've since put it in our room so that we can adjust to having a rather sizable extra piece of furniture in our bedroom. Her sleep sheep....courtesy of Nana and Papaw....is in there and ready to lull her to sleep!
