Although it officially begins later this month, Fall is and always has been my favorite season. It's such a beautiful time with the air cooling down, people digging sweaters and jeans out of their closets and the leaves changing to gorgeous shades of scarlet red, russet orange, and sunshine yellow. Apples are everywhere and lend themselves to fresh apple cake, apple pies and of course apple cider! We are back from vacation and back to school and a little more on schedule, which makes it a little easier to find time for friends and football! The holidays are right around the corner and we all look forward to the promise of seeing family that we've missed throughout the year.
How fitting it is that our sweet Audrey will be joining us at this most lovely time of year. As we say good bye to August and hello to September we know our schedules will be much busier over the next few months, but we can hardly contain our excitment over what joy this wonderful season will bring to our family.
