Patrick and I had a fantastic time at the Sugarland concert last night! Patrick's Birthday is July 10th and when he told Benjamin he wanted to go, Benjamin decided to buy tickets and have the family go in and get them together!
We had fun singing along with Billy Currington, who was the opening act. Then when Sugarland hit the stage, it became a major event! They had props, set changes and a theme for every song. At one point they got in huge blowup balls and went out on top of the crowd! Jennifer Nettles has an awesome voice, and we had a great time belting them out with her!
The baby was pretty still in my tummy through most of the concert, other than an elbow here and there, I think she was taking it all in and just trying to figure out where on earth mom and dad were! We have read that the music babies hear a lot of inutero is the music that is comforting and familiar to them once they're born. We feel sure this little girl will be a Sugarland fan!:)
