It's a GIRL!!!

We are so excited to announce that we will be having a precious baby girl in November! My 20 week appointment was today and the ultrasound technician said that without a doubt, she is 100% a girl! She is currently weighing in at 13 oz. and looks comfy cozy in my womb! We got to see her brain, her heart, her other organs, her spinal cord, etc. Everything was exactly as it should be....She is PERFECT! In the pictures you can see that she has grown a ton since my last ultrasound 8 weeks ago! Her whole body doesn't even fit on the screen anymore.

My doctor said I looked great and was doing a good job. I have an anterior placenta, which means nothing more than that the placenta is in front of the baby, so it is a little harder for me to feel her kicks and squirms right now, but that I will feel them much more in a few weeks. This will not effect delivery at all and is totally normal.

Needless to say Patrick and I are both over the moon excited that we are going to have a daughter! It was a great appointment and we go back in 4 weeks for another check up. Life is good!
