Happy Memorial Day

Patrick and I had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend! Friday night we went out to eat, just the two of us, then rented a movie and spent some much needed time relaxing together. We went to John's Creek for the day on Sunday and had a great time hanging with my family by the creek, riding four wheelers, fishing, watching the dogs play in the water and cooking out. Life doesn't get much better than peacefulness at John's Creek! Monday evening we had a fun cookout with Patrick's family at Julie Ann and Norman's house. All the dogs had a great time running around their big backyard. It's nice how close they live now! We look forward to adding a child into the mix of our family gatherings and know how much joy and laughter this little one will bring to everyone.
