Tessa is a walker.
It's hard to believe that she is as big as she is and is WALKING!
Over the course of about 2 weeks she started walking more and more everyday. Further distances with more stability. Then last week she really took. I can put her down to stand and she will just walk around, pick up toys, go about her business. She walked down the sidewalk for a bit tonight in Grandin Village after we got ice cream at Pop's.
She was 11 months old yesterday....so I still consider her to have walked at 10 months.
While I want to keep her my baby as long as I can, it's nice that she is walking. She is happier and it keeps her off the ground as much and gives my back an occasional rest....the girl is heavy!
She is also a great nurser, a great eater, and loves to climb into chairs to sit down. She is so proud of herself. She also enjoys crawling into boxes, large or small toy bins and onto her sisters bed.
Her personality is really coming out and it is so fun to be her Mama.
She gets so frustrated with her sister already. Audrey was in the corner of the bathtub just sitting, playing happily. Tessa decided she wanted to get to that corner ( the rest of the tub was all free) and when Audrey didn't move, Tessa got so mad. She was just climbing all over her while screaming about it. Audrey and I had to giggle at her. Audrey finally conceded and moved.
I have a feeling these girls may give me a run for my money. ;)
