The big announcement has been made...we are expecting another little one! I am 10 weeks 6 days pregnant today and the baby is due July 20! We are thrilled and Audrey is super excited. When we told her that I was pregnant, she got this very serious look on her face and said "in your belly!? let me see!" she raised up my shirt and started kissing my belly, and talking to the baby. She seems to think my belly button is a little portal straight to the baby and will from time to time put her finger in there and say she's tickling the baby. She also says she has a baby in her belly. :) This is going to be another fun experience and will be made even more so with the added excitement Audrey has about it! She went into instant big sister mode and will feed me things and say "the baby will like that Mommy, eat it".
As far as how I am feeling, the nausea has mostly passed, thank goodness, but I am tired...totally to be expected! growing a child and raising a child.....whew, takes it out of ya!:) and my sciatic nerve has been bothering my a lot for the last two days. I remember a little of that with Audrey, but not quite as much, though, we do block out some of the unpleasantness, I feel sure! I am even showing already! I am enjoying the little bump and look so so forward to feeling those sweet movements from inside! I loved that part with Audrey and missed it so much after I had her....though the wiggling in my arms was fun too.:) Stay tuned for lots of bump shots...i am going to try to do as well as I did with Audrey, though I believe I am already slacking in that department! and lots of videos and pics of Audrey practicing to be a big sister!!!
