Audrey had her first "solid" food today! It was so much fun and she seemed to enjoy it. She made lots of silly faces, swallowed some, spit some out, and got plently on her face! It was a success! We started her on avacado, mashed, and mixed with breastmilk. She's been showing signs of readiness for several weeks now, and since she has decided to boycott her bottle...well mostly, during the days while I'm gone (she seems to be holding out for mama to get home!), we thought it was a good time. We're looking forward to many more new foods for our Audrey.
