Patrick and I's little Audrey Elizabeth is 5 months old today! I cannot believe that it has already been 5 months. She is almost a half a year old! Audrey is full of sweetness. She loves to cuddle and settle down to read a book or snuggle up close on your lap with her paci before her nap. She is totally happy and comfortable in her crib, she almost always wakes up in there on her own just babbling and cooing. She is sleeping great at night and we are loving the long hours of rest it gives us. She loves her jumperoo, and will spin all the way around in it playing with all the toys on it. She also loves to jump when you hold her....and she loves to waller on my lap. She sits in her bumbo like a big girl, but still loves her bouncy seat. Her favorite thing is for her Daddy or I to hold her though. She tries to grab anything within reach and of course tries immediately to put it in her mouth. Her particular favorite things to grab are my glasses, Daddy's newspaper, and any glass or mug we happen to be holding. She loves diaper changing time, because she can get her toes, see herself in the mirror and hold Mommy's face and play all at the same time. It's great fun.:) She loves her toys and still thoroughly enjoys being read to.
She is such a joy and just so sweet! She is a very happy baby and we have loved every minute of the last 5 months. We are so lucky to be her parents.
I can't believe it's been 5 months! The time really flies by, even for those of us just reading about it.
