Well I think it is time for us to start counting Audrey's age in months rather than weeks! WOW...my little girl is 3 months old (12 weeks)! This is a fun stage for her....the newborn part was sweet b/c she was all cuddly and tiny, but now she is an infant and has this little personality. She is a smiley little girl that cracks up at the silly things we do in attempts to make her laugh. It's just the sweetest smile.....and grown men and women alike will do just about anything silly and goofy to see her flash it at them! She is still just drooling away, blowing bubbles, babbling and making lots of noises. Patrick and I hear a new noise come out of her every couple days and it always makes us laugh.
Audrey has graduated to the infant part of her bathtub. She is no longer using the sling that attaches to it, but is now sitting in the actual tub part of it. It reclines her and allows her to be more submerged. The girl LOVES it. The first time we put her down in there, her eyes got all wide and she looked at her Daddy and I like she was a little scared, then with one kick of her legs she decided this was the best thing ever! She kicks and splashes and thoroughly enjoys every minute of bath time and protests a bit when it's time to get out. I think she will really enjoy the pool and John's Creek this summer.
She is nursing well and takes the bottle well while I am at work. Audrey and Gran have tons of fun during the days they're together and Gran is great at taking videos and pictures of her playing, so we can see what cute things she did that day. They are too funny together! Audrey is also doing well at Ericka's, where I am pretty sure she is a huge hit with the other kids. They think she's the cutest thing they've ever seen and are very sweet with her.
We hold her and feel so blessed every single day to have her in our lives.
As you can tell from the pictures, she's growing, her cheeks are still sweet as ever, her lips more kissable and her eyes more blue each day, and her hair is lightening up a bit and getting longer and at times...crazy and sticking up everywhere...it has a mind of it's own!:)
