Harmon Family Shenanigans

Wow! Audrey will be 4 weeks old tomorrow! Over the last few days my teeny little newborn has marked a few milestones that I am finding bittersweet. She is outgrowing newborn diapers! She has about 10 newborn sized diapers left and will then definetly have to move up to size 1's....they are just getting too small on her. We have realized this fact with a blowout or two and the fact that they are coming up further below her belly button each day. She is also outgrowing her newborn clothes! Her little feet are stretching to the ends of her sleepers and her newborn pants are starting to look either like capri pants or are squeezing too tight on her growing belly. She has many more clothes in size 0-3 months....and they are precious, but having to put away the ones that say NEWBORN.....is breaking my heart a little. My baby is getting bigger all the time. She is around 10 pounds now....we will have an exact weight after she goes to the doctor on Monday.
Audrey loves bath time.....she is so cooperative and loves being in the water and having me wash and rinse her up. She loves being held and having her back patted. We introduced her soothie to her and she wasn't sure at first, but has taken to it. She isn't hooked, but does enjoy it sometimes if she's upset and it works nicely to sooth her when she needs it. She loves laying on our chests and looking up at us with those blue eyes. She has great head control and has the most beautiful smile. She loves her bouncy seat and really likes when I carry her in the babybjorn or a sling. She truly is a snuggle bug! She loves being close and it's a good thing because we love snuggling with her!
