36 weeks

Wow! We are in the 9th and final month! That's right....4 more weeks! The baby could weigh around 6 pounds this week! That seems huge to me, seeing as I am carrying her around inside of me! She could also be as long as 20 inches or so. We will have a much better idea about her specific size on tuesday, when we go in for our 36 week appointment. This is the week I begin going to the doctor every week and he will begin checking me for any progress. It's exciting and a little nerve racking at the same time, knowing that it is so close.
As for me....I am feeling pretty great! I do have some discomfort once in awhile...especially when laying down at night to sleep....and my legs are still not feeling so hot, although they are better than they were (I may be getting used to it), but I am doing really well and truly enjoying the pregnancy. Quite honestly, I am not quite ready for this part to be over, not only because I have lots left to do but also because it's a nice time for me. There continues to be a new "thing" everyday....anywhere from body changes (hello swollen fingers) to mood changes (ask patrick) :). I will post a bump shot as soon as I can.
