32 weeks

Well, here we are at 32 weeks! Our sweet baby girl is weighing in at around 4 pounds and around 19 inches in length...keep in mind, babies grow at different paces at this point, so this is an estimate. 19 inches seems long, but she's all curled up again, since she is rapidly running out of room in there. Her many stretches make me aware that she is feeling a little squished! With only 8 more weeks to go, she is really filling out and her skin is completely opaque now. Her digestive track is also totally ready for breastfeeding and the outside world. It seems like she will be spending the next 8 weeks building up those little lungs and putting on more weight so that she comes out all cute and round!:)

We had our first prepared childbirth class last night! There are 6 couples, including us and I think it's going to be a really great group. The instructor is great and runs the class in a very causal laid back way....which makes the influx of sometimes eye widening information a little easier to take in. I think this is going to be an enjoyable and VERY informative class for Patrick and I. All the discussion about "labor day" makes it seem all that much closer.

I see my doctor again this afternoon for my 32 week appointment and will let you all know how that goes. And I know, I need to post another bump shot.
