Today we celebrate my 27th birthday and mark the 33rd week of pregnancy! Here I am 33 weeks along......feeling good and looking, well.......33 weeks pregnant! This is a very different birthday for me, as you can imagine. The year is sure to hold many new experiences.
At 33 weeks, baby girl is rapidly gaining weight. She is gaining around 1/2 lb. a week, which means she could weigh s much as 4 1/2 pounds. She could also grow as much as one inch in length this week. She is continuing to develop her own immune system (becoming less reliant on me) so that when she is born she'll have strong antibodies to fight off germs.
