Prenatal Yoga

Today was my first prenatal yoga class! I have signed up for a yoga class totally tailored to the pregnant woman that will meet 2 days a week for the next six weeks. There are several other ladies in the class with me and quite a few of us are due in November! All but one of us are having a girl too! How funny is that!? I have already learned some good stress relieving breathing techniques that are good for me and the baby, as well as some stretches and moves that will help to relieve some of my lower back pain. It was a very relaxing hour that was totally centered on me and this child growing inside of me. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and look forward to Wednesday (my next class) and getting to know some of the other ladies!
