21 weeks

Tuesday marked my 21st week! Our baby girl is growing up a storm. We have another cute fruit comparison....she is as long as a large banana! At least 7 inches in length! Since the doctor said she weighed 13 ounces last week, I am guessing she's about 14 or so ounces in weight this week...almost a pound!!! Her arms and legs are in perfect proportion to her body now and the neurons are now connected between her brain and muscles; which means her movements are less jerky and more graceful!
On Tuesday, Mom and I were sitting in the sun and I was trying to get her to move by poking around on my belly a bit. After a moment she gave me the hardest kick I have felt so far! Not only could I feel the kick inside but on my hand resting on my belly too! It was amazing! Of course, she would not give us a repeat performance so everyone else could feel. Soon enough though.
